Lose Weight and Gain Control with Virtual Gastric Band Hypnosis

Many people are focused on losing weight at this time of year after the excesses of Christmas. But what if you battle with your weight all-year round, or you’ve been doing so all of your life? My virtual gastric band hypnosis sessions can help!

The health risks of being overweight

We’ve all read the headlines, so most of us know that being overweight increases the risk of heart disease, stroke, diabetes, and some cancers. But the problem is, the relationship we have with food can be a complex one, and it’s easier than ever to make the wrong food choices.

The temptation all around us

For anyone who struggles with their weight, the modern world can be a difficult place to live. There’s a takeaway on every corner, mobile apps where you can order fast food without even having to leave the house, supermarkets discounting junk foods, and manufacturers adding boat loads of sugar and fat to their products to make them more appealing (and addictive!)

Difficult relationships with food

Your relationship with food has probably been shaped by your upbringing, where you had to clear your plate whether you were hungry or not, and where food was used as a reward. Food is also a hugely social thing. The office birthday cakes, the meals with friends, the cinema snacks…the list is endless, and so are the opportunities to overeat.

Overeating disorders

But some people struggle to manage their weight because they overeat for reasons other than habit or the availability of junk food.

Emotional overeating

This is when people turn to food for comfort during times when they feel low, and food is usually their only coping strategy. People who overeat in response to difficult emotions often crave foods that are high in fat and sugar, and they don’t feel satisfied when their stomach is full. This type of overeating can cause feelings of guilt, shame, and of being powerless to stop.

Binge eating disorder

People with this disorder eat large quantities of food compulsively on a regular basis. The desire to eat has little to do with physical hunger. During a binge, some people even report that they feel disconnected from what they’re doing, and sometimes can’t remember what they’ve eaten. Binge eating usually happens in private, and it can make people feel guilty and disgusted at themselves for losing control.

Virtual gastric band hypnosis

The virtual gastric band is a non-surgical technique that uses the power of hypnosis to train your mind and body to accept less food. During hypnosis, we’ll train your brain to tell your stomach that it’s comfortable and doesn’t need any more food.

Unlike the surgical procedure, there is no risk with the Virtual Gastric Band. There’s no long hospital waiting lists, ongoing medical treatment, or side effects. And if you’re still not convinced, Virtual Gastric Band Hypnosis has a 95% success rate!

What’s involved?

The Virtual Gastric Band is a course of 4 sessions carried out over 4 weeks.  The price includes 4 one-hour sessions, tailored to you as an individual, plus a support recording that you listen to every day.  At the end of the programme, you will receive a recording that is unique to you. This is potentially a life-changing treatment, not a four-week, temporary fix.
