As a therapist I take the client back to the time when they initially made the decision to smoke. Giving them a choice to make that decision again and this time, with all the knowledge of hindsight that they now have, such as the cost, the health factor, the smell, and any other reasons that they now may have realised or be about to realise. I give them the opportunity to make a different decision, so they may have a different outcome.

Two sessions and with the first session being an extended exploration session, where we discover why you really started smoking, what has driven you to continue to smoke and what we need to do to together to stop you smoking for good. It also includes the unique Virtual Quit Smoking information package, it includes audio tracks with both preparation and reinforcing tracks, to both set you up for success and then to also reaffirm the decision you have made. Two live one to one hypnotherapy sessions plus the two Mp3 audio tracks to be used between week 1 & 2. You then have the support for a further 21 days with a second Mp3 and direct contact with me any time.
