Anxiety and stress can lead to physical sensations like a racing heart for instance and feeling very sweaty and hot.  It can involve not thinking very clearly, feeling sick, visiting the loo regularly or a dry mouth

even.  Some people have difficulty sleeping, winding down or switching off from thinking.  People can have a real sense of worry, dread or fear and it can start to impact on your relationships, friendships or even you work.

How can Hypnotherapy help with anxiety and panic attacks

You can begin to create changes to your thoughts, behaviours and feelings.  You learn how to feel mentally and physically calmer and focus on the things in life what you do want to do.  Having focussed sessions to achieve an outcome is a must for my clients even if it means us addressing any past issues and clearing the way.  Having continued help, daily, outside of the actual therapy sessions creates a new pattern of behaviour much more quickly.
