Anxiety and Stress

Anxiety and stress can lead to physical sensations like a racing heart for instance and feeling very sweaty and hot.  It can involve not thinking very clearly, feeling sick, visiting the loo regularly or a dry mouth

even.  Some people have difficulty sleeping, winding down or switching off from thinking.  People can have a real sense of worry, dread or fear and it can start to impact on your relationships, friendships or even you work.

How can Hypnotherapy help with anxiety and panic attacks

You can begin to create changes to your thoughts, behaviours and feelings.  You learn how to feel mentally and physically calmer and focus on the things in life what you do want to do.  Having focussed sessions to achieve an outcome is a must for my clients even if it means us addressing any past issues and clearing the way.  Having continued help, daily, outside of the actual therapy sessions creates a new pattern of behaviour much more quickly.

What might anxiety feel like?

  • Faster breathing
  • Sweating or hot flushes
  • Sleeping problems
  • An irregular heartbeat
  • Pins and needles
  • Feeling dizzy or light headed
  • Grinding your teeth at night
  • Changes in your sex drive
  • Panic attacks
  • Feeling sick
  • Needing the loo more

I contacted Mrs B after suffering from severe anxiety attacks whilst at work. We had an initial meeting where we discussed various things and from there we decided on a course of 3 sessions of Hypnotherapy. Along side this Mrs B provided me with a personal recording to use between sessions which helped reinforce the work we did. This has helped me immensely and has put me firmly on the road to recovery. I would recommend Mrs B to any one, she is a very intelligent and caring person and can help you deal with any issue that you are suffering with. Thank you Mrs B

Thank you for your kind words Paul. You have turned yourself around greatly and done exactly what was needed. Working online with me was right for you during these anxious times. Lockdown has provided many challenges for people but therapy doesn’t have to wait. One to one virtual contact works extremely well, YOU are proof. I’m only ever a call away for a chat, a top up or any future issue. Keep smiling

I have had growing anxiety leading to panic attacks for the last few years due to being taken ill while away from home. This has been getting to a point were I could not visit close family or have family visit me. Even my small grandchildren were turned away because they might touch something right make a noise. My wife found Mrs B and suggested I give hypnotherapy a try. I had a 2hr introduction followed by 4 sessions with Mrs B. So far I have been able to visit my son, eat out & most importantly see & play with my grandchildren. It’s still early days but I’m hoping I can start to live a normal life. I can’t thank Mrs B enough.
